Chain changes need a relay restart to take effect (use the enforcement toggle or Overview → Restart).

Reconcile events with another relay. down = pull into this relay, up = push out, both = bidirectional, none = estimate only (transfers nothing).
Sovereign Web of Trust (NIP-85)
Builds a trusted-pubkey set from this relay's own follow graph (kind-3), seeded by pubkeys you control. Used by the wot write-policy plugin (enable it in the Policy tab). Default mode is log (nothing is rejected) for safe rollout.

When enabled, any user without a passkey or authenticator must enroll one at their next sign-in before they can access the manager. Existing sessions are unaffected until they log in again.
Add user
The user gets an email invitation to activate their account and set their own password (and 2FA). Username and email are fixed by you and cannot be changed by the user.

Send test email
